My Most Pleased Moment:
Seeing clever responses to simple strategic direction, and the team�s delight at me calling them mes hermanos (my brothers).

Special Features:

Providing timing and breakaway information for rider to force key move on decisive stage, and for positioning/course description of finishes for our sprinter

As DS for a team with limited resources and no staff, worked long hours doing soup to nuts to make sure the guys were cared for so they could race their best

Providing all the regular support from the caravan and on the radio

Help with translation or procedural things unique to American racing
