We love working with teams. Our strengths in direction are strategic insight, reading courses and competitors, and intuitive motivation based on relating well with riders. We are prepared to work with a program that wants sustainability as part of success.
It’s not enough to focus on winning as a team strategy. The director must also set the tone for a team culture committed to ethics and morality, realistic goals based on the level of sponsorship and resources available, and skills mastery.
Our desire is to foster championship caliber riders. For this, everyone must be committed to making the tough choices necessary to yield championship results. This can be painful but we can take it and seek to partner with others who can too.
